What do you offer

 Is there confusion in your mind regarding what your product really is? I think that every now and then most of us feel certain that what we offer is what people experience when receiving our product. Then doubt creeps in and we feel adjustments are required. Whether our thinking needs to be adjusted or the product tweeked is a matter of opinion at that stage. This normally happens when we experience a slight downturn in demand. Are we over adjusting based on panic or is this constant adjustment necessary? A policy of continuous improvement is a good thing, not so? The consideration here is whether you know what improvement is required and if it is necessary; or is this just an exercise in chasing your own tail. Marketing is initiated during product development taking the customers requirements into consideration and it is this data that needs to be recalled at this point.
